ŠKODA EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM

The segment first initiative ensures six years of hassle free ownership experience across the ŠKODA AUTO product range. Extension in warranty can be availed for an additional period of the fifth and sixth year or 1,50,000 kilometres (whichever is earlier) from the date of purchase of a ŠKODA AUTO vehicle.

The extension in warranty can also be availed by existing customers whose ŠKODA AUTO vehicle is under the four year warranty program (purchased on / after 1 September 2016, and below 97,000 km).

Where can customer purchase the Extended Warranty?

Customer can purchase the package post vehicle delivery at any authorized ŠKODA sales or service outlet within the mentioned time/KM limit

You have no reasons to worry the ŠKODA Extended Warranty is freely transferable to the next owner of the car. In fact, you could get a better resale value for the car if it is maintained under the ŠKODA Extended Warranty Program.

There are 2 packages under ŠKODA SuperCare: a) SuperCare 4-year package b) SuperCare 2-year package. Further, under the 4-year package, there are 3 variants to choose from: Standard, Enhanced and Comprehensive.

When Can I purchase 5th & 6th Year Extended Warranty?

The best time to buy the extended warranty is while buying your car. You can also buy your extended warranty later on, so long as the car is still under the new vehicle standard warranty.

The ŠKODA Extended Warranty is intended only for vehicles retailed 1st September, 2016 onwards.
Vehicle within 47 months of ownership & covered below 97 000kms.

Should the mileage be verified before issuing the EW?

Yes, mileage need to be confirmed as vehicle should not cross 97000 Kms to purchase Extended Warranty.

What is the validity / tenure of the Extended Warranty?

2 years after the expiry of Standard 4 Years Manufacturer’s Warranty, up to 6 years in total OR a maximum mileage of 150,000 Kms whichever occurs earlier.

Can I get my vehicle serviced at any ŠKODA authorized workshop?

Yes, you can get your car serviced at any ŠKODA authorized workshop PAN India, irrespective of where you have purchased the ŠKODA Extended Warranty.

Can the EW be issued after 97 000kms or in 48th month?

No, Extended warranty can’t be issued after 97 000km or after 47th month
