Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
•Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage of the sales process.
•Monitor daily sales activities and follow up on leads and inquiries.
•Assist in training new sales staff and continuously coach team members for improved performance.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car models, financing options, and promotions.
•Prepare and present sales reports to management.
•Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner.
•Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and reflects brand standards.
•Work with marketing and finance teams to develop promotions and campaigns.
•Oversee test drives, vehicle deliveries, and documentation processes.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
•Knowledge of automotive products, financing, and insurance options.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
