Relationship Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

•Customer Engagement: Greet customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide information about Škoda vehicles.
•Sales & Consultation: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from test drives to finalizing the deal.
•Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Škoda models, features, pricing, and financing options.
•Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries, maintain customer records, and generate leads through referrals.
•Documentation & Financing: Assist customers with paperwork, loan approvals, and registration processes.
Requirements:
•Experience: 0 -3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred) or any sales-related field.
•Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
•Must have four wheeler driving licence.
Skills:
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
•Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
•Basic knowledge of finance and loan processes
•Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
